Upon arrival when we entered our room we were surprised by a bottle of wine chilling on ice, a decorative display complete with tasty little deserts and a Happy Anniversary card made of royal icing. Over our stay the staff checked in by text a few times to see if our room needed anything or if there was any way they could meet our needs, or provide us with a forgotten item that we forgot to pack. On our last night we dined at Orso, the food was very good, overall staff friendly and helpful. Our waiter Kieran outdid himself in service. To end off our meal he brought me a complimentary glass of Champagne and another assortment of deserts to finish off our meal. Wonderful service, great place. Looking forward to our next stay. Maybe for our 41st. Seems like a great plan, well worth the price.

Very clean, organized, beautiful hotel. You really feel so relaxed laying around the lake or enjoying different activities they offer. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Response time is very quick. Will definitely come back here.

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has a $50 fee per room, per night to a maximum of $250. $15 per night is donated to the local SPCA in Hinton. We would like to remind our guests that they are within the Jasper National Park Boundary and you must follow rules set out by the park - dogs must be leashed at all times and owners must pick up after them. Pets are permitted throughout our property, inside and out provided they are on a leash. This includes the Great Hall, main lobby and the lower promenade in the Main Lodge. Due to health regulations, dining establishments do not allow pets with the exception of service dogs
