We upgraded to a Diamond Head Suite, amazing views. Staff was very accommodating, restaurants and food choices on site were great.
No Internet during our entire three day stay. Interface error. We were still charge. The elevators were an issue that needs to be address. You have to pay for beach chairs and umbrella $18 per hour. Restaurants were great.
