We have stayed here several times as we travel through Dallas, most recently all flights were cancelled at DFW due to weather. The staff is, to a person, extremely helpful, engaging and happy. Traveling can be stressful and we always feel welcome here.
First stay since stroke. Nancy was particularly was very helpful.
Our flight was cancelled due to weather and we were stranded at the airport for the night along with hundreds of other passengers. We hopped online and were quickly and easily able to book a room at the nearby Hyatt Place DFW. We called the hotel for the shuttle and Deborah quickly came to pick us up. During the ride she gave us some great information about the hotel and delivered us quickly to the front door where we were greeted by Helen, who check us in, got us drinks and dinner and deftly assisted lots of other passengers who were now streaming into the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a nice place to be while we waited for our 3am departure on the shuttle back to the airport. Keith was our driver in the morning and he explained about the security gates not being open that early and got us to the terminal that did have security open. He let us know that if our flight was delayed, he’d be happy to come back to pick us up, we just needed to give him a call using the business card he provided to us. What could have been a hectic and stressful situation was easy, calm and peaceful. We were grateful for the excellent service we received by all these amazing team members and would definitely return again in the future.
Need upgrades to the handicap tub.It needs to be a walk in shower. The handicap shower spray didn't work.

The Hyatt Place DFW was clean and comfortable. Every employee we encountered from the front desk to the breakfast buffet to the shuttle driver was kind, friendly and welcoming! We had a short but very pleasant stay and we hope to return in the future.
Awesome hotel near the airport. Very convenient and my room was so clean and comfortable! All the staff that I encountered were absolutely lovely! I was very happy with my stay! Thank you!
