We stayed there a weekend for a softball tournament. On Sunday going to the breakfast I didn't she the dining time. Myself and two kids got to Breakfast at 0924.My nephew wanted a waffle someone else was making a waffle. At 928 we went for to make a waffle the food service lady said you don't have time,we close at 0930.My response I'm so sorry I didn't know that,it's on goongbtake a few minutes. Her response it take three minutes and I don't have time,I got called on my day off. Yes, she is all loud in front of the kids and others in the dining area!I said can I please make the waffle. In her, nasty voice,"just go ahead"!I lost my appetite. Please hire people that wants to work and not be rude to customers!She, didn't take the waffle machine down until 0945.I want be wasting my money there anymore. But, your front desk person ROCKS!Over all the hotel was cleaned and quite.
