An agents helped me book this hotel and he “ this is a really nice place”. He also said it was 9 miles from the hotel I was actually requesting. It was 25 miles and out in what looked like an abandoned part of town. It was a dump. It took over 10 minutes for hotel personnel to show up at the check in desk. The customer ahead of me was complaining about the over flowing toilet and standing water in the bathroom. He asked for towels so he could clean up the water and was told they had no extra towels, he then said someone needed to go up there with a bucket and mop and the hotel clerk said “we don’t have that either.
