motel was okay but the reservation service on the phone never told us there was a service fee of $19.87 which we could of avoided as we were in the parking lot of your motel when we called. We went inside and was charged $84.35.I got charged an extra $19.87 on my credit card which could have been avoided if they told me on the phone that it was a service fee.I would like the service fee taken off my card as it was never disclosed at the time of reservation.
