Was very disappointed in this service. The hotel was in a very bad area in town, a very undesirable area of town, the part of town in which, if you were to stay there, when you go out to your car all the tires would be gone or the entire car. Next to a homeless shelter, soup kitchen or whatever it was. Even more so disappointed that this service "hooks" individuals so you CAN NOT get a refund. Shame on you. I want a refund.

Ramada by Wyndham Anchorage was very accommodating when my flight was delayed and took care of us to ensure we had a place to refresh and rest before our land/cruise started the next day. Very grateful to them for helping to make our vacation kickoff a success.
