Spacious room, large bathroom, full length mirror, shed for bicycle storage and windows that open. This older hotel is a breath of fresh air from the cookie cutter chains of today. Wide, elegant staircases, a lobby on both the first and second floors stocked with comfy chairs and a very solicitous staff. A very enjoyable evening.

We enjoyed our stay in such a historical building. The staff were very attentive, recommending an excellent nearby restaurant for dinner. The morning we left the fireplace was lit, warm and welcoming on a stormy day. It was like stepping back in time, in a good way! I would stay there again 😊.
