This was our first stay at Del Lago and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating when we had a last minute request at check in for a handicapped room. We will definitely plan on another stay in the near future.

Besides the gaming, the great food and the time spent at the sport bar, Michele T. from the Social Cafe made our stay even better. She was helpful (gave us great sightseeing directions), personable, funny and simply a hard working server. She really cared about making her diners feel welcomed. My wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast and lunch at the Social Cafe because of her.

Very nice hotel. It was very clean, the staff was a all friendly and knowledgeable. Many choices for meals and coffee desserts shop. Stay for the 75th anniversary festival of It's a Wonderful Life in Seneca falls. Just a short six to ten minutes away. The concert venue was very nice too. Not a bad seat in the house!
