The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly at reception and at breakfast. Simple but filling breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is there 24/7 and upon entering you are given multiple cards to have access to the building, your room keys and the campus parkade. Although it is about a three minute walk to and from the SAIT residence, my vehicle was covered in shade so it was pleasant to have my car not in sauna heat. The rooms were cleaned and the standard amenities you receive will be in your room. I did get the kitchenette rooms but no utensils were provided and you needed to bring your own, not a problem since we would rather eat out and see what the city had to offer since we were visiting. It's the Summer so it gets hot and most rooms are not equipped with A/C so you must bring your own cooling device. Our room was provided with continental breakfast but it was subpar to expectations. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and you get what you pay for.
