Ariel is a lovely hotel with considerable charm and warmth and a great location in a historic building. We found the room to be very clean and attractive. The bed was fantastic and made for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked well, the hot water was great and we were quite comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff! After moving away from Lorain 24 years ago, it was a joy and a delight to return for a visit and see the downtown revitalization and to stay at the beautiful Ariel Hotel. The facility is beautiful, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was immaculate.
