Quite frankly we were very disappointed. We stayed for three nights and had been informed there would be no housekeeping for our stay. As well, stairs everywhere which one wonders how they deal with people with accessibility issues. Despite a restaurant on site, no room service. While their check out time (11am) is consistent with other hotels, the check in time at 5pm is well outside the norm. Upon arrival, we were informed of an additional $5 resort fee to pay for some cookies and coffee by reception and access to drive some golf balls weather permitting. The room we stayed in was not well thought out. The small desk was taken over by the coffee machine. I was there on business and lacked a work space.

Crown Isle at Christmas is quite awesome. Lots of excellent Christmas lights and decorations. The restaurant and dining room are also excellent. The accommodations are above what you would normally get at any hotel so even if you don't golf, you can still enjoy this resort.
