The hotel pool was closed the entire week during four hot days in August. Our hotel key worked to open the neighborhing door too (we found out by accident). Very unnerving. Our traveling partner had the same experience. Very unsecure for guests. For the price we paid ($112/night), the breakfast was very scant cereal, milk, oatmeal, prepackaged rolls, hardboiled eggs, yogurt. The maid took our dirty towels on day 1, but did not replace them. It seems the hotel manager is cutting corners to save himself money at the expense of the guests. Furthermore, the owner would not help me resolve an issue with change of dates since we booked with a third party. Very poor customer service. I'll be looking for another place to stay in the future.
