The cool thing about Hilton Garden Inn New York/Times Square Central is its prime location in the heart of New York City, just steps away from Times Square, Broadway, and Bryant Park.
The woman working the front desk the afternoon on October 9th was OUTSTANDING. She went THE EXTRA MILE to accommodate our multiple requests. Kudos to you for hiring the consummate professional! She was excellent. I looked for her to thank her during our stay but apparently she was off. We stayed in room 2202. PLEASE find her and thank her for us. This kind of service will lead us to return. I always stay here ,so close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful.
The room was not cleaned during my stay, the hot water did not work in room 2507 hidden fees after paying over 1500 for two nights. I would never recommend this place.

Everyone was so friendly except the Saturday night front desk person who was so rude to us! I thought she said her name was aerial! She should be fired! Loved the bartenders and very nice housekeeping staff!
A very tight vertical hotel, with narrow hallways, the check in desk on the 4th floor and over burdened elevators. The room and the staff are fine. The location in the heart of Times Square and the theater district is good or bad depending on how you feel about huge crowds.
