Arrived at 1:30 am to find that about 10 12 people were in the lobby and we were all told there were no rooms available although we all had confirmation numbers and our credit cards were charged! we were all stranded. They have since charged my credit card so I reported it to my cc company and Barclay challenged it saying it was a non refundable reservation!! customer service has been dismissive and no one has taken responsibility for leaving a number of people with nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night. SHAME ON YOU BARCLAY. I ended up having to spend the night sitting in a lobby chair at another hotel as the area was sold out of rooms.
