The inviting lobby decorated in beige, blue and green tones leads into the lounge area, marketplace as well breakfast area that serves a complimentary hot buffet breakfast. From the breakfast area you have access to the private dining room that can be used for various purposes including a weekly local Rotary club meeting. A full bar invites guest to unwind after a long day. Large outdoor pool area with heated pool, lounge area and outdoor restrooms, a spacious and modern fitness center, laundry facilities and free Internet throughout the hotel are among the amenities of this new hotel. A business center and EV Chargers for guests with electric vehicles are other services the hotel provides. The 113 rooms designed in the same tones than the lobby are spacious and offer work desk, seating area, large screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, safe and large closets. Suites offer sleeper sofa and second TV. The oversized bathrooms in white, blue and beige offer shower tub combination, vanity area with ample space, bath amenities and hairdryer. For meetings – the boardroom with natural light and the inviting meeting room in beige and blue tones offers the perfect solution. The friendly staff and very easy access to I 75 makes this new property a great choice for leisure and business traveler alike.

This Fairfield in Bonita Springs was excellent all the way around. Seemed pretty new. Room is contemporary with lots of outlets. Streamlined. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Love the shade that fits the window along with blackout curtains. An excellent stay!

Evening desk clerk lady on Feb. 12th was over the top and a real asset there. I had forgotten my phone charger, had had a long day, needed to call my wife and asked the desk if they had one. They did not, but she offered her own and insisted I keep it overnight and leave it there when I checked out, saying she could charge in her car. She was from Guatemala. I did tip her but her selflessness deserves company recognition. The place was nice and clean.
