Wonderful customer service. Sandy was great at front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. The view is amazing! Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Love, love, this hotel. Clean, nice size rooms overlooking the bay. The staff was friendly but not obsequious. Great location where you can walk anywhere but on the south end of town so the crowds are not as crazy on this end. There's also a lovely park nearby to walk your dog.

Walking into the room was a delight! Beautiful room with comfy beds and a great fireplace! Dog friendly (next time we’ll bring our girl, Maggie🐾). Friendly staff…clean atmosphere.

This was our first visit to 456 Embarcadero Inn but it won't be the last. The location is on the quieter end of the Embarcadero and the hotel has a "quiet" policy after 9pm, which made for a very peaceful, enjoyable stay even though the hotel was completely booked. Covered parking is also a plus. Our second floor room with a balcony had a "partial" bay view which was beautiful and serene. The room also had a fireplace which was great as the weather was in the 40s at night. Lovely location. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
