My experience at the hotel was very positive. Most memorable was the huge variety of beautiful, organic fresh fruits and berries available at breakfast (along with traditional things like bagels and muffins). I left an item behind accidentally and the staff was very nice about making arrangements to mail it to my home. Everything was spotlessly clean and my room was large and spacious with a couch and a coffee table. All in all, a very positive experience.

Very friendly staff and most impressive breakfast spread with various fresh fruits, nuts and grains, juices, bagels and MUCH more. Comfortable and clean. Would recommend to anyone passing through northern Berkshire County.

The hospitality at the Willows hotel is second to none. The owners were kind, courteous and welcoming. The hotel is in fantastic location and only a 15 minute walk to the Centre of Williamstown. Breakfast was a fresh fruit bonanza! Would definitely stay again !

I was able to book just a couple days in advance. Best price in town. Great amenity having shade for me and my car all day. Owners staff go out of their way to please guests.
