Maid left our door open all day after cleaning. We came back in the evening and it was unlocked and open. Breakfast was sub par. Just prepackaged muffins etc. I expected them to offer something after discovering the door was open such as complimentary stay. We have stayed there many times. It’s definitely not the service it used to provide.
