The staff was nice, accommodations were average, but clean. Went well until the electricity went out and wasn’t restored for 17 hours. We ended up leaving for another hotel.
Everything was perfect except for a screw up at the beginning. I had booked a room for two with two double beds. My confirmation from booking.com showed that I requested that. On arrival, I was given a room with one king sized bed. After many threats on my part (for example, to ask my lawyer who lives in South Beach for help!), the compromise was a room with one double bed and a rollaway. Not what I paid for but it was alright.
Wish Café by The Tony Hotel serves breakfast from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, lunch, dinner, and light bites. Located steps from the lobby area, the restaurant provides a tranquil outdoor garden setting for couples and friends looking for a break from the South Beach scene. All-white furniture nestles between green foliage and is centered by a water fountain, creating a serene and ambient vibe.
We currently offer Valet parking for $45.00 per night including 24-hour access and in/out privileges. Additionally we offer a self-parking option in a garage located 1 block away from the hotel on 7th St and Collins Ave for $28.00 per night, including in-and-out access. These are available on a first come first serve basis therefore we cannot guarantee a parking space for you ahead of time. Please check with the Front Desk when you arrive, and if this option is not available, we can certainly guide you to the nearest public parking area.
