The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. I would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back.

The desk staff and porters were amazing—warm and caring and very helpful with everything. The only negative was that we could never get ibto the Latitude 29 restaurant or bar. It was always fully booked and wiuld have been a convenient place to eat or have a drink.
Staff was excellent especially Cynthia.
