I made reservations through what thought was hotel itself but was a third party. I reserved a double queen accessible room which I received an email confirming this in a receipt. Where I was charged $181.00 a night for a $124.00 a night room. Asked about it at the front desk and was told he could do nothing because a third party did reservation. So we go to the room to find out it was an accessible room with one queen bed. Talked to front desk about this, he said reservation was for accessible room with king bed. Showed him my confirmation email and again nothing could be done. Also said we don't even have a king bed. Nothing. Was told to call third party, which I did and nothing. I suggest you try to eliminate 3rd party reservations. May never stay at another Microtel again because of this experience. I had an event the whole week so I needed a room as no other rooms were available.
