I'd like to commend the lady that was at the desk morning of the 6th. She had to deal with two hostile clients, one was violent and threw the plastic 'wet floor' sign at her. The other was cussing her out just because she asked for ID. She held her composure, spoke calmly and kindly in spite of the verbal and physical abuse. The staff was kind friendly and helpful. Thanks.
