I had to stay at the hotel due to an issue with an airline and I didn't know what to expect from a hotel in downtown Chicago. I was really surprised! I don't normally stay in hotels this ritzy but there was some kind of convention going on in the city and the room I got may have been one of the last and perhaps one of the best! Gorgeous view, stellar rooms and nearly perfect in every detail. An excellent "accident" that I would recommend to anyone!
