Tiny room with dirty carpet. Tasteless coffee. Found cigarette end in non-smoking room. Surprise no bedding service for two night stay.

"Not clean - dirty room"

Dirty room. The room had "ring around the carpet!" Clean the walking area and nothing else. No dusting of the furniture, baseboards, chair rails, and sills. Does repairs in room and leaves excess parts (e.g. tile blocks) in place when they should be removed. Worst place I have ever stayed. Beds look like they were never serviced prior to last renter, yet they claimed they were then complained to management.
