Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. Callahans Mountain Lodge is a wonderful place to stay on special occasions. Dinner menu has been excellent. The views are pretty and it's close to Mt Ashland. We loved that we could bring our pets with us. Callahans is very accommodating. You won't have to give up quality when you bring your pet(s). We had a nice suite with a hot tub and real fireplace.
