Looking for a basic, no frills property and close to everything, this is the property. Sandwiched between the Disneyland Parks and the Anaheim Convention Center, off of Katella Ave. This is a motel property, not a hotel, so there are not any additional amenities besides the core basics, outdoor pool, free ample parking, microwave, fridge, air conditioning, television, and work desk. The hotel lobby has a computer with an attached printer for guests basic needs.You get what you pay for at this property and do not expect any extras. The property is well maintained in the outside. The interior of the rooms are a bit worn out, outdated & tired; property is in need of a renovation, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. What makes this property unique is that half of the rooms can accommodate 6 people or 8 people on beds and have room to add cribs (perfect for large families or groups).
