Beautiful hotel in a great location. The area is safe and very clean. Tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. Plenty of room for our stay with the dog.. which everyone absolutely adored, staff and guests alike. True southern hospitality. Will definitely stay there again anytime we are in Charlotte the process of booking, valet, checking in and out was super easy and not stressful at all.
