This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel employees had excellent customer service. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a surprise view that was absolutely amazing of the city buildings and waterfront! The facilities, pool and exercise room where also fantastic. Complimentary breakfast was by far the best I have had at a hotel. I would highly recommend to this hotel stay.

I would gladly recommend the Embassy Suites. I had great customer service. I can't recall the names of the two guys that were on duty the day of my stay but they were great.
