Travelers spending the night will notice a change the minute they step foot in the hotel near the John Glen Airport, which is wrapping up a multi-million-dollar renovation.Stepping into the lobby of the Courtyard Columbus Airport will now be more of an experience rather than an exchange, with inviting seating arrangements and innovate touches for a more personalized encounter. The lobby is home to The Bistro which offers menu items to satisfy even the most critical of eaters. Offerings range from Starbucks coffee, made-to-order eggs and parfaits to evening cocktails and soups, salads and sandwiches for dinner. A 24-hour business center is adjacent to the lobby, featuring computers and free printing, faxing and copying services, as well as a Boarding Pass printing station to help avoid long lines at the airport.Fitness fanatics are welcome to use the newly remolded Fitness center featuring modern cardiovascular equipment and free weights. All guest rooms and Suites at the hotel feature Marriott's signature mattresses topped with plush duvets and piles of fluffy pillows to ensure a sound night's sleep. Rooms are designed to keep the business guest productive with ergonomic work desks and in-room coffee makers. In public spaces, the company has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms, Marriott has added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.
