Customer service very poor! Room not cleaned properly! Example: toilet paper wrapper remained in the bathroom behind the toilet! And to make it worse, my guest and I were abruptly awakened by banging on the wall and a call from the front desk due to a clerical error by the hotel staff! I paid for three days and a staff recorded two days!
