We had a good experience at this hotel. Everything was super clean and the maid was helpful and friendly to us. I suggest they stock info on nearby attractions, especially Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is nearby and super.

Cleaning Policies
For guest staying multiple nights we are cleaning rooms every 5 days for full service per the brand due to Covid. Should the guest want service with in that 5 days it must be requested and a determined time set up when the guest will have vacated the room for an hour. Per a guests request if staying multiple nights housekeeping will deliver additional towels and sundry items leaving them just inside the guests door. The hotel continues to provide frequent and monitored cleaning of all high contact surface thru out the public area including public bathrooms and event space. Sanitization station are located thru out the hotel public space, restrooms, restaurant, lounge, event space and by each of the elevators.
