Thoroughly enjoyed a two night stay in this classic older NOLA hotel on St Charles Ave. Friendly and helpful staff, starting with and especially, Michael the valet. Dining opportunities in the Hotel are excellent. Great jazz group played in the Bayou Bar one night. Will definitely return.

This is our 5th year at the Ponchartrain and it keeps get better every year. Wonderful staff, great location and a fantastic roof top bar. Cannot recommend it more highly!
