The Best Western Plus Scranton East Hotel & Conference Center is located off Tigue Street in Scranton/Dunmore area. It can be hard to find as it is towards the end of the street. The hotel features most interior corridors except for pet friendly rooms, where most open up to an atrium filled with natural lighting from the skylights. A full breakfast is included in the rate and served in the restaurant where later dinner is served. They also have Manhattan Ale House bar on-site opened in the evenings. In the Atrium area is the indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and main ballroom for any kind of event. Most guest rooms are updated and features comp WIFI, refrigerators, microwaves and new bedding. Of my personal experience with the staff, especially those that showed me around you could feel their pride to work there as well as very friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel is perfect for any type of group with business or leisure especially for sports teams, family reunions and social groups.
