Although "no smoking", I felt like I was within a smoking area; very strong odor. Worn-out pillowcases, sheets and blankets. Towels with holes. Refrigerator cracked inside with inside of door broken and rack unable to use. The only way to make it through the night was to use the sheets only and my sweatshirt over the pillow. I would of left but no refund. Sad, sad, sad.

My husband was scheduled for a procedure at UCI Medical Center. After looking for hours and every other hotel being booked, we found this motel. Located right off freeway, so noise level was very loud. The beds were like sleeping on cement. Very, very uncomfortable. Online offered hotel amenities that were not included: iron, ironing board, blowdryer. Not all of the lights worked. Not happy with our two night stay. Very stingy with the towels, and wash rags not included.
