The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will stay there again. Nice location. Walking distance to almost everywhere. We liked that we had to use our room key to get in and to use the elevator.

This is a modern, clean property directly across the street from Drake University. The property is well maintained and has all the expected amenities. The breakfast was fair. The location is terrific if you need to be on the Drake campus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
