This is our second visit to this property. The staff, is the #1 reason we stay here. First, Lea and Debbie were helping me at the check in. Both were VERY pleasant and super helpful. Anthony helped us with our luggage both checking in and checking out. When we checked out, my daughter left a stuffy in the room. Anthony ran back up and got it for her and found an additional item we left. The hotel is clean, vibrant, safe. The customer service is just wonderful. We will only stay here when we visit LA.
