The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. I had special requests which they bent over backwards to help me with. Then I forgot my jacket in the room which they returned to me.

The room was so gross, I didn't even stay. After seeing the room, I returned the key! I forfeited $160 (two nights). It had a bad odor, dirty carpet and linens, rusty tile and roaches! I read reviews on "Yelp" and my assessment was confirmed! This place should be shut down as it is not suitable for habitation. They definitely false advertise. Me writing this review is forcing me to relive the experience which I want to forget.
