It was not the lodge manager's fault that they had a housekeeper out sick and therefore rooms were not available until very late. He was doing his best to fix the situation. Loved the lodge. and of course the setting. Other suggestions: The lodge needs at least two luggage carts Larger drinking glasses in room (those are tiny).
