Overall the hotel was great. Clean and very spacious. We had a king and a bunk bed which was great for the kids. Staff was great, hotel was sufficient and the value for location was even better. Until next time Cleveland!

I gifted my 10 year old niece "Hamilton" tickets and an overnight stay in the city. I live in Pittsburgh. She lives in Kent. I injured my hip over Christmas and was very hesitant to honor my gift. We arrived late to the hotel, valeted the car but neglected to remove the luggage before limping to the theater in the rain. We got lost walking back from the theater and arrived wet, cold and in pain after 11:30pm. Our desk staff and valet were so accommodating. I wanted to cry and was so happy that my niece experienced kindness in this world. Thank you a million times over!
