We come to this hotel every time we come to Victoria. The view is amazing right on the water. Rooms are spotless. Tons of restaurants and pubs and shopping in the area. Best of all. We reserved a two room suite and when we arrived they put us up to the penthouse suite. We were so excited and grateful. The staff is by far the most accommodating, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Look no farther, you won't be dissapointed! 😀.
