Property Description
WE ARE OPEN! (With the exception of the pool which is closed for repairs until further notice).Located on the Heart of LSU Campus, The Cook Hotel features 129 total rooms-Renovated in Spring 2017. Our guest rooms include individual climate control, remote control flat-screen televisions with 200+ all-digital HDTV channels including movie sports, and family programming selections, coffee maker with Community Coffee, iron, ironing boards, hair dryer, full length mirrors, and guest speakerphone, and ethernet ports. Luxury Suites include all of the above plus a second tv, full-size kitchen with all appliances and work space. Our complimentary breakfast every morning can also be up-charged with additional a la carte items upon request and charged to cc or to the room. All rooms include a refrigerator and microwave oven and our Suite Shop carries a variety of meals for guest convenience. The hotel has all internal corridors, fitness center, business center and the LSU Alumni Shelton Gift Shop. For a fee of $10/day, guests may have access to the neighboring LSU Recreation Center – a full service facility including basketball, racquetball, track, swimming pools, aerobics, weight rooms and tennis.The entire property and campus of LSU are tobacco and vaping free as of August 1, 2014 by State law.

Breakfast Information
Our Buffet breakfast from 6 am to 9:30 am daily in the Shaquille O'Neal Lodge is included during the stay for all guests in the hotel. (Outside guests may purchase breakfast at the breakfast kiosk with card or mobile payment). The buffet features a variety of breakfast foods to meet your culinary tastes including scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon rotating, biscuits, muffins, cereals, grits, oatmeal, waffles, juices, whole fruit, milk, teas and coffee.

The property features ample self-parking spaces, and can accept up to two full-size commercial coaches daily along our western fence line. We have a Tesla charging station in the north parking lot, and a bike rack for guest convenience.
