Bia Who works at the front Desk was so incredibly helpful to me. We were able to move from the second floor to a nicer unit on the eighth floor. She’s not only hung up my coat and helped me with my bag. She explained everything in the room from the lighting system to the bathroom, shower, etc. even gave us tips about how to get into the TV to watch our favorite Netflix. I was so incredibly impressed with this lovely lady. And I think she will end up being a great asset to the hotel. From Mary Dunlap.
