Shrondra is a try animal manager yelling at both guests and staff. Erica is no different. It advertises that location of york resort with a pool and jacuzzi the pool was closed and there was no jacuzzi. When I asked the front desk, they said no, but there is a shower in your room. Shrondra and Erica yelled at me and my Father I recorded this on video and then I uploaded it on YouTube. Somehow she found it, it's being Shrondra and threatened that I remove the YouTube video in 15 minute "or else". After that, she took retaliatory action by not allowing me to utilize the bar, the following day. Erica yelled at my father for getting a bagel after breakfast hours, even though the area was still open and the food was still out. We asked to speak to a manager and that's when Shrondra went off yelling. After I checked out, I uploaded the video back to youtube and I told her that I did as such and she can no longer threaten me. It was horrible and they did not know how to use the fire pit, claiming that it did not work. However, my cousin was able to instruct the staff on how to get it going. Shrondra and Erica need to be strongly evaluated perhaps by a secret guest. Every other member of the staff was extremely considerate and professional.
