My husband and I recently spent five nights here with our three month old daughter over the Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was amazing — welcoming, attentive and quick to offer helpful recommendations about both the room and family friendly activities in the Rosemont area. We had a great experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rosemont.
We booked quite awhile ago, I thought I had booked for two beds but evidently didn’t. Once we saw that this would be a problem, they promptly moved us. No questions asked. It was a great stay, they have a large selection for breakfast and it was quiet. Lots of great food selections in Rosemont and the outlet malls are just around the corner. I would definitely book again!
While walking to our room we were very impressed with the overall vibe. While walking to our room, I was excited thinking we had really scored a nice hotel. The entry doors to the room were impressive, but as I went in to our King suite, I was underwhelmed and a little disappointed. I don’t understand the three sinks, kind of congested. What really seals the deal was while trying to sleep the front doors were a giant nightlight that we could not turn off. So I had to sleep facing away from the doors. They should have curtains.

Enjoy our room that we received. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The only issue was the parking garage. We seem to have an issue going into and out of the garage.
The gentleman working the front I’m not sure if he was the manager or not couldn’t catch his name but he was amazing from the start to finish.
