Everyone was nice and helpful, just curious on why the pool wasn't available.
Run down. Needs a lot of work. Friendly staff which was great, but was nervous to stay. Room decent, but stuff very sticky.
First was charged a $10 parking fee. Room was for two adults. Only had enough towels for one person. Shower drain was very slow to drain. Sink drain was plugged. Because of a situation that came up had to check out on 3/14/25. Informed the front desk of this and they could not help me out. Had to call a second party and still do not know if I will be receiving a refund. Will I return back to Quality Inn, Time will tell to see what you decide to do. Itinerary # 10442195.
