A woman was sitting out front when we walked in with our bags. She saw us but did not move. We walked inand there was a sign stating we are away from the desk assisting another customer so we waited. Finally a janitor came in and said just a moment I will get her. The lady sitting out front was the desk clerk. Then we were in the room above the entrance and we had to listen to the piped music all night. It needs to be turned down after midnight at least.
Sweet Rolls would be nice instead of Bagels only.
Clean and inviting with a friendly staff that welcomes you upon entering. Bright open lobby and eating area. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and it was the small details like having pre portion avocado, ready to add to my eggs and toast. When returning to Ellensburg, we look forward to staying at Hampton Inn.
