Well worn hotel, some improvements but more needed. Asked for extra pillow for person using couch none. Asked for extra tiny shampoo for second morning shampoo none. Hairdryer broken and does not work.
There were bugs in the room, something was in the tub, the A/C was not working and it was very dim in the room. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody else. I will let everybody know that this is one of the worst places to stay. We actually left the hotel in the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep with all the bugs.
The room was ok, clean and comfortable,, However we had no hot water for two days and the Breakfast Buffet was n0t as good as one would expect for Windom,, No orange juice,,, limited coffee,,, no fruit,,, eggs were watery and cold,,, all three days. Room rate is acceptable will stay again. I find this pretty standard for Windom.
