The cool thing about Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West/Mississauga is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, and spa tub.
The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and there was a used pair of underwear left in the room. We were given vouchers for breakfast as compensation and the food was not good. I would absolutely not stay again.
Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.
Clean hotel, quick elevators, would stay again! Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the early and late check in/out. Thank you!
This is our second time at the Hilton Cancun. It would of been a 5/5 however we were booked the wrong room and charged extra upon arrival. We have been communicating with Jose Murieta and he was great from last years booking to this year. Great help. However this year when we came to check in they put us in a two queen room instead of an king ocean view. When we showed the communications and confirmations at the front desk Diego explained that it was just a double Queen. He offered to upgrade at a fee. When we already spent money expecting a certain service and promised certain things to have to pay more upon arrival for what was promised with no compromise was not a good feeling. Worst part was. The king room was not even ready. After checking in they told us we had to stay in the two queen bed room first for one day then move to the king. Again these are minor details that take away from the stay. In my opinion being an honour member I’d expect the change to be included or to be compensated but not to have to pay more and then have delays and have to move around before getting what was promised in the first place.
