This was our second stay at The Hyatt Place in Garland. Both experiences were good. Staff is friendly. The accommodations are nice but could use some maintenance. The bathroom fan would not remove humidity from the room which made the rom quite humid all day long. Same could be said of the A/C unit. It was so humid that the bathroom door could not be easily opened or closed. For my wife to get the door closed she had to use her body weight and then pull really hard to be able to escape. There also appeared to be black mold in the bottom dresser drawer. Nothing huge, but things that should be addressed.
Room was very nice and kept clean during my stay! Everyone was very helpful and provided me with things that I needed for my room. I would definitely stay again in the future!
